2. Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes technical access data to provide and secure the hosting service. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested pages and files, data volume, HTTP status, referring URL, browser and operating system details. The IP address is necessary to transmit the website.
The purposes are reliable delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of our business website. IONOS receives the data and acts as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
Technical logs are retained only as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and security and are then deleted or anonymised. For IONOS web hosting contracts purchased up to 17 September 2025, IONOS states that access logs are available for no more than eight weeks and that IP addresses in these logs are anonymised. For newer contracts, retention depends on the applicable IONOS hosting configuration. Data needed to investigate a specific security incident or establish or defend legal claims may be retained until that purpose no longer applies. We do not create additional personal visitor profiles.
Provider information: IONOS privacy information and information about log files (German).
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, contact details, message and any business information, to handle and answer your enquiry. For contractual enquiries or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in handling business communications. Communication and IT service providers may receive the data where necessary to facilitate communication.
We delete the information when the enquiry has been resolved and retention is no longer necessary. Documents subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the applicable statutory period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data needed to establish or defend legal claims may be retained under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR until that purpose no longer applies.
Providing information is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.
4. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website's code sets no cookies and uses no local browser storage. We do not embed analytics or marketing services, remotely loaded fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins. Images, styling and scripts are delivered from our own web space. Language selection uses a page link and is not stored. There is no contact form. No cookie consent is envisaged for the operation described here.
External links connect you to the relevant provider only when clicked; that provider's privacy information then applies.
5. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. We will then stop processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Please use the email address above to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg: www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
6. Automated decisions and updates
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR in connection with this website. We will update this notice if the website or the processing described here changes.
